The Vinings at Spanish Fort loves your furry friends! Our community allows up to two pets per apartment home. We require a $400 non-refundable fee ($150 for second pet) and $10 monthly pet rent per pet. Our restricted breed list includes Pit Bull Terriers (full and mixed), Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepard, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Mastiffs, Wolf Hybrids, Great Danes, Presa Canario's, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamutes and Siberian Huskies. Restrictions are subject to change at any time without notice. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
